Partner Nation Engagement

Partner Nation Assessments

Tetra Tech has developed four partner nation assessments that are used globally to research a partner’s ability to absorb security cooperation equipment and training. These assessments are designed to provide our clients with a comprehensive understanding of a partner’s security sector, including their capabilities, gaps, and areas for improvement.

Once necessary data is gathered, we use various analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. By conducting partner nation assessments, Tetra Tech is able to provide our clients with the insights they need to make informed decisions about security cooperation investments.

Security Cooperation Objectives

Tetra Tech developed a comprehensive approach that ensures that indicators are aligned with security cooperation program goals, objectives, and outcomes. Some steps we follow in developing indicators include clearly defining program goals and objectives; identifying key performance indicators (KPI); developing outcome and output indicators; refining and finalizing indicators; and developing a monitoring and evaluation plan.
